  I have joined the Genesis fitness 24/7 Gym about a year and a half ago.
  Since that time i have gained so much knowledge and experience...i wish i would have started sooner.
  The Gym is small in size,but packs a punch sort of speak. It has everything that you would expect from a professional gym. What makes it great is the convenience of it being close to where i live, and the 24/7 is awesome because you can basically train whenever your heart desires.
  The best part is the people that are involved in running the Gym. They will make you feel welcome and show you all you need to know. Simon, who runs the Gym is a fantastic guy and is always there to help. Of course what would a gym be without personal trainers. Matt, Jeff and Tara are there to help you. They are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and i'm sure that they will guide in the right direction to whatever your fitness goal may be. I have made a lot of new friends since joining the gym and proud to call it my second home.
  So please come down and see for yourself what a great place it is.
